It also reduce the shipping time if order fulfill in domestic level. For example if customer order from UK and "Custom All Over" have fulfilment center in UK then Order consider as domestic level that reduce the shipping fee and no import or duties fee applies. If there is no any fulfilment center in customers shipping address then customer gets international shipping.

How do you know order lost in transit?	if you did not receive your order after passing estimated dilievery date then its means your order lost in transit.
