To save our customers time and ideas our design editor have feature to save design in it. Its better to signup in site to use design editor, if you not signup then design save option may not use in design editor. For example you have created t shirt design over any t shirt product, after creating the design at the top bar of design editor “save design or save file” will shown press that button, it will save that t shirt design. Some time you may faced issue at checkout then your designing will be lost, you need to redesign it to perform checkout, but if you save that before then simply goto save file and click over the design it will automatically create the design.

Did that "customallover" confirm the color looks same after print?

To offer same color that looks at screen over physical product, we have test a lot more color swatches to find which color looks same at both side screen and physically. After these test we made special color swatches catalog that always looks same while printing. We use verified colors in our artwork.
After 100% accuracy still we cannot offer guarantee to our customers due to natural facts associated with products. No, our DTG designs and All Over designs are separate in listing. Moreover You can use out online design editor to select any of design that you need. We have add all DTG designs as well All Over design there.

Is that black looks grey at black color product?

Might be possible to look black color as grey at black color product. Beacuse there are lot more shades available for black in fabric section but black ink color is one, which will be print over all the black fabric thats why some time it may looks grey. While selecting black design over black product

Is that white looks grey at white product?

Might be possible to look white color as grey at white color product. Is that non print area looks at joint areas like beneath the sleeves in all over products?

No, you receive always refine product. This usually happens with sublimation products, but we offer cut and sew product. We print the design over flat fabric, and cut the pieces and sew them to make product. Thats why we always offer refine cut and sew sublimation product.

Can design be distort at ribbed areas of a product?

Design will be print over fabric at normal mode, not stretch nor sequeze. Whenever you stretch the product design may distort. Mostly ribbed used at cuffs and bottoms, most of the ribbed areas is non printable. You can explore facts page to know more.

Can color shade change while printing?

Times to take process your order, normally its 2-5 days for single piece to bulk order. Normally single product process in single days but we keep it minimum 2 days because sometime order receive at the end of day thats why it takes next day to complete. And we always process bulk order in 6 days.

How much total time takes to receive a single product?

It depends over quantity as well location. But Customers receive normally single product with in a week.

Is that all the products in stock or just fabric and printing?

why your fabric is much better than regular stock product?

To produce quality and to made our product stand able, we product our own custom fabric that most of people demand. Thats why our product always better than stock.

Can we customize the size?

Size customization is not possible for individuals, we have standard size available for each product in size guide.

Can we get same size that is in size chart?

Yes, you get same size in size guide but size may vary by 1 inch or 2.5cm according to international standard. This variation may apply but size would not be out of this range.

No you cannot change the color of premade designs. We offered different variation of products and we design these artwork in such a way that it can be looks great with any color variation that’s why you are unable to change the color of premade designs.

Yes, clip arts are editable can change the color and size.

Which part of design will be printed at product?

Each product have safe zone with doted marked. Artwork under the dotted zone will be print over the product.

In what situations could the order be delayed?

It could be due to some kind of global crisis, Attacks, Strikes, Holidays.

Where to put the right address to receive the order at right address?

Before you get in contact with us, please help us out by doing the following: -Firstly Check your confirmation email to verify it that correct that you provided. – Secondly ask your nearest post office if you collect shipments yourself regularly. -however warn your neighbors in case the courier has left
the package with them If the delivery address was right and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please email us at ([email protected]) with your order number or create your ticket at support page in your account. -If you find a mistake in your delivery address, we will give you a replacement order if order status is not delivered, but Shipping is at your own expense.

What happens if my order has not been delivered due to a wrong address?

Did you accept returns against sizing issue?

No, we did not accept any size issue. We have clearly define the product size chart at each product page. We always double check the size you order before delivery. We only accept the case, for example you order chest size 40 inches but you receive 50 inches, means out of size range.

Did you accept returns against color issue?

No, we did not accept return with artwork color shade change issue. Because we only use verified colors in our artwork. After that little color shade change may occur because each fabric have its own composition and due to natural effects. We accept the case that you order white color but we send black.
Out of range issues can be consider after verification.

Did you accept returns if get complete color change?

yes, we accept out of range color issue return.

Did you accept return if my order break during shipping?

Yes, we accept damaged and miss labeled product. We made and ship it again at our expense.

Did you return payments after placing order?

No, after ordering payments can not be returned. If products get out of stock or manufacturer size issue then we email to you to replace your order with other. If you don’t want to replace it then we return your payment.

what are return address?

Returned address is mentioned at packaging slip paste over shipment. As well if your product have issue then for verification we need pictures to confirm. You dont need to return back to us to accept claim. Picture criteria will be defined on the spot when you notice us about claim.

We offering different brands, each brand fabric have its own thickness level, that’s why while purchasing keep in mind inside labels may look from outside. Most of time we did not use inside labels that have this issue. Claim against that facts not acceptable.

We always try to deliver product as soon as possible. We have listed Estimated time at each product page and detail can be find at shipping page. Express shipping is more faster than standard.

Hence there are two types of products, apparels and non-apparel. When you buy two different types, and if both will damage each other, then both will be shipped separately. Yet your order has been delivered at a time.

Did i receive all the packages same time?

We ship all the apparels and non apparels products with one packaging or separate packing for same customer same time. So maximum chances to receive all the packages same time. But might be possible some time one package process timely and other with few hours delay. But we did not get any complaint for that case.

What happens if i get my order break and mislabeled?

Mislabeled and damaged products will be shipped again at company expenses happily you need to give proof of pictures with in 3 weeks after receiving by contacting to support.
